No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This peanut butter pie is creamy, rich, ridiculously easy, and exactly the kind of dessert that disappears faster than you expect. It’s a good one for game days, tailgates, family gatherings, or anytime you need something that feels a little special without a lot of work.
Ingredients
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, premade or homemade
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed in the refrigerator
Chopped Reese’s cups, for topping
Instructions
Add the softened cream cheese and peanut butter to a large mixing bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the filling is light, fluffy, and evenly mixed.
Spoon the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
Top generously with chopped Reese’s cups.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is completely chilled and set.
Slice and serve cold.
Salt Note
Some recipes are just better with people around the table. This is definitely one of them. Perfect for tailgates, football Saturdays, or sharing with friends — and if you’re feeding a crowd, go ahead and double the ingredients and make two. You’re gonna need it.
